Dr. Fadi Nukta is a renowned plastic surgeon and the founder of NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, NOVA Surgery Center, and Skinlab-Ashburn. As the founder and leader, he takes a hands-on approach in educating, supervising, and guiding all team members, ensuring that each provider delivers the highest standards of care. Dr. Nukta’s dedication to professional development extends beyond his practice. Dr. Nukta also partners with Shenandoah University’s PA program to offer rotations at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, providing future Physician Assistant students with hands-on experience and education in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics.

Khalique Zahir, MD, FACS

As a Key Opinion Leader for both SkinCeuticals and Alastin, Michele is at the forefront of skincare innovation, frequently sharing her extensive knowledge and insights with fellow professionals. Her specialization in facial rejuvenation allows her to create customized, natural-looking results for a wide range of clients. Taylor Boone, PA-C
Taylor Boone is a Nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant with expertise in Plastic Surgery, Hair Restoration, and Aesthetic treatments. As the lead PA for Hair Loss services at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, Taylor specializes in advanced hair restoration techniques, including NeoGraft Hair Transplants and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) Hair Restoration Therapy, helping patients restore their confidence through cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments.
With a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University, where she graduated at the Top of her class, Taylor has a solid foundation in medical care and a deep passion for Aesthetics.

Morgan Klein, PA-C
Morgan Klein is a nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology with over 14 years of experience treating a wide range of skin conditions. She has expertise in managing skin rashes such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as hair loss conditions like alopecia. Morgan also has extensive experience in the treatment of acne and skin cancers. She is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care, ensuring the best treatment options for her patients while prioritizing their health and safety.
In addition to her clinical practice, Morgan serves as the lead for the Shenandoah University PA Clinical Rotation at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, where she mentors PA students, providing them with hands-on experience in both plastic surgery and dermatology. As a result of her dedication to education, Morgan has been honored as a Clinical Faculty Affiliate of Shenandoah University.

Mackenzie English, PA-C
Mackenzie is a Nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals while maintaining natural, balanced results. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University.

Emma Phillips, PA-C
Emma Phillips is a Nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology and SkinLab Ashburn, where she brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every treatment. A Northern Virginia native, Emma’s journey in healthcare began at Clemson University, where she earned her undergraduate degree, before continuing her education at the prestigious Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, where she received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.

Jenn Lewis, Practice Manager
Jenn is a native of Northern Virginia. She went to George Mason where she earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2006. She is also a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, assisting Dr. Nukta and Dr. Zahir in many different in-office procedures. As the Practice Manager, Jenn works with patients from their initial contact with the practice and follows them closely throughout their care. When you are interested in a cosmetic or surgical procedure, Jenn will be delighted to work with you to ensure the process is an enjoyable and stress-free experience for you. She also handles the billing for the practice and is here to help you with any questions you may have.
Jenn is a valuable resource with her knowledge of the various procedures performed by Dr. Nukta and Dr. Zahir and what you should expect before and after surgery.
Her favorite part of her job is working with the patients and serving as a compassionate resource throughout the patient’s care.

Michelle Kwak, Marketing Director
Michelle holds a degree in Medical Illustration, where she developed a deep understanding of anatomy, figure drawing, biology, and more. This unique blend led her to thrive in the field of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, where she initially began as a Medical Assistant at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology.
Michelle is responsible for creating and accelerating NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across Northern Virginia. She is focused on driving the company’s vision of increasing patient education, promoting the best patient experience, and showcasing our customized treatment plans.
